The Medina County Career Center is proud to announce the Practical Nursing Program provided by the Lorain County Community College beginning Fall 2004.  Please read the following information to ensure admission prior to the Required Support Coursework begins.  Due to the high demand of this course, you are urged to inquire as soon as possible - seating is limited.
This 12 month Practical Nursing Program prepares the graduate to function as a licensed practical nurse.  The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides, to individuals and groups, nursing care requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological, physical, behavioral, social, technological, and nursing sciences.

The Lorain County Community College's program is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and is under the nursing regulations of the Ohio Board of Nursing.
