Minimum Requirements: |
|
Licensed to teach Comprehensive Science to
grades 9-12. Bachelors degree in education.
Demonstrated organizational, communication,
instructional, and classroom management skills.
Desire to motivate and assist young people in
setting educational, social and behavioral
goals. Ability to integrate curriculum with
various career and technical offerings. Ability
to communicate effectively both orally and in
writing. Willingness to work with students of
varying ability levels. |

Desirable Qualifications: |
|
Previous teaching experience preferably in a
career and technical setting. Knowledge of
instructional techniques in classroom
management. Current certification in first aid. |
|
Work Week/Year: |
|
Afternoon/Early Evenings dates & times to be
determined |
|
Salary: |
|
Appropriate step on Teachers Salary Schedule,
commensurate with experience and education,
pro-rated to 1/8 time |
|
